Series 4 Trading Cards are Ty's most recent set of trading cards to date, as no BBOC merchandise was produced in 2000 (with the exceptions of Clubby III Beanie Baby and Buddy set). Since no new set has been produced at this time, Series 4 cards have lost popularity and values have decreased.

In each pack of Series 4 cards, you'll find 8 trading cards, one glow-in-the-dark sticker card, and checklist. Each pack includes one Artist's Proof common trading cards as well.

There are 100 common cards in Series 4. These cards are similar to Series III and feature different insignia for the placement of the style number. The cards spotlight those that did not have a common card in Series III.

KNUCKLES GLOW-IN-THE-DARK STICKER CARD
COMMON CARD
Wild cards appear in Series 4 as they did in Series III. Odds of finding one are 1 in 3 packs again. Cards are much different from Series III. The background is more scenic on the front, as well as on the back. On the back you'll find the Beanie's birth, intro, and retirement dates, with the card #, style #, and a wild fact. On the front, the Beanie's name will be printed in a colored foil to determine its degree of difficulty: orange (most common), purple, silver, and gold (least common). You'll be lucky if you find a gold "Jabber"!
REX WILD CARD
Birthday cards, once again, appear in the BBOC Trading Card collection. Odds of finding one are 1 in 5 packs. The name of the Beanie appears in embossed accents. The Beanie is printed in full color (format similar to Series I) with the birthday. Also, the birthday cards have rookie stamps again. Lips, 1999 Holiday Teddy, and Ty 2K have rookie stamps on the right hand corner. Formatted on the back, like Series III, is the intro date and card number with "This Day in History" fact. If you have a Libearty card, it reads:
"This 1996 Summer Olympics opened in Atlanta, Georgia on july 19th. The Atlanta Olympics marked the 100th anniversary of the first modern Olympics, held in Athens, Greece in 1896. The Atlanta games showcased the talents of 10,700 athletes from 197 different countries!"
It is more complicated to determine rarity in this Series 4 category than in the last 3 series. On the left hand corner, there is a swirl of many lines in either orange, purple, silver or gold. Good luck finding these cards!
LIPS ROOKIE CARD
Beanies and Buddies cards are back! The cards are the same as Series III, only the background is more scenic. On the back are the basics: the birthdate, intro date, retirement date, and poem. Buddies have an intro date and trivia on the back. Like Series III, the color of the foil used to spell out the name of the Beanie determines the degree of difficulty: orange, purple, silver or gold. A gold Princess Beanie is the queen of this set!
PRINCESS CARD
Found a Classic Common yet? Look in Series 4 for 10 new additions in this set. These cards are the same as Series III Classic Commons, however, few of the cards do have common cards in Series I and II making their values higher than the ones in the set that do not. Good luck hunting!
LIZZY CLASSIC COMMON
And don't forget the biggie. Retired cards are #1 again! With Clubby being the most expensive, it is impossible to find, unlike Ants and Rainbow, which are to be the easiest to find. The Beanie is printed on a scenic background with the name and animal type printed on a stripe. On the back is the birthday, intro date, retirement date, style number, and card number. On the front is the way to determine how rare the card is. A stamp in either orange, purple, silver, or gold will feature the BBOC logo and "Retired ? ?, 199?". Odds of finding one are 1 in 72 packs, maybe more to find Clubby!

CORAL RETIRED CARD
This card is very rare, there isn't even odds listed of finding one! The simply named "The End" card is signed by Ty Warner and limited to 400! The front of the card has The End printed in full color. On the back is the intro date (8-31-99), retirement date (12-31-99), the style number (4265), card number (321), and the poem (All good things come to an end, it's been fun for everyone, peace and hope are never gone, love you all and say "so long!") How many of the 400 The End cards have been found? We don't know, but this card goes down in history as it signified the end that wasn't. Look for holographic lenticular cards in cases of 24 packs. These cards feature the 10 Beanies considered "The End of Beanies" and the Summer 1999 trio. Happy hunting!

THE END CARD
Each sealed case of Series IV cards includes a special "Issued Card", contained inside a four screw card holder. Each card has a picture of a group of Beanies on both sides. There are three issued cards that can be found in the boxes: 1/7/96, 6/3/96, 6/15/96.
