Thanks to Marilyn for sharing the following:

Eggs 2008 & Luckier, the two bears are identical in size to the Beanie Bears.

For the rest of the styles,
there's a bit of variation in size, not much, but a bit larger or a bit smaller.

Hopsy the rabbit is fairly small compared to Hippily.

The three lambs, Baabet, Woolsy, & Shearsly, are small...short & low....low because they have short legs.
