"Only at Motomachi Beanie Baby" News from Japan
On January 22nd, Sakurako from Bottega
Beanies (Japan) shared photos of the Ty Japan "Only at Motomachi Beanie
Baby". This promotion beanie was sold on Sunday,
February 1st. It is "Ai" Beanie Baby, with a
navy blue sweater and Ty logo (as seen below); and is a collaboration of the 'Ty Store' in Japan,
and Yokohama Motomachi shop owners (for the opening of the
Minatomirai Railway).
Unfortunately, this Bear is not available for sale on the internet.
It was sold only in the Motomachi area in Yokohama, Japan.

Limited Edition......2000
With special hangtag with Ty logo and Motomachi logo.
Also with the shop card of Ty Store in the same box, too.
There were 2 types available .... see the pictures I've sent you..
The two types: one is for gift in the vinyl chloride case,
and was 1800 yen (not including tax).
The other is normal style, and was 1500 yen (not including tax).
Both of them wear a navy sweat shirt with Ty logo/STAFF on their chests.
On the back of the shirt there is a logo of "M" and Motomachi.
There were MANY beanie collectors who wished to purchase these
"Only at Motomachi Beanie" beanies/Ai at Ty Store.
