Ty releases (consisting of Valentine-themed products). Looks like the
rumors are true, as there are eleven new Beanie Babies (as well as Beanie
Buddies, Classics, and more) soon to be announced by Ty, most with a
Valentine-theme. If you just can't wait to see them, and wish to take

'When You Wish Upon a Star' is a UK charity which fulfils the wishes of
children from 2yrs to 16yrs old who have a life threatening or terminal

New CHERISH auctions
will start on Sunday and will include one more THINK PINK auction, thanks to
Heather Weinert and Barbara White's amazing efforts! It was through the
charity 'When You Wish Upon a Star' that Pink signed the items for CHERISH!
Barbara White took 2 special girls to see Pink in concert and to visit her
backstage. Because of Heather Weinert's inspired idea, Barbara took along
some items and asked Pink to sign them in aid of Cancer Research UK.
There is a special package of PINK items including Aware Beanie, Pink's CD
and other items signed by the pop singer PINK at her concert in Nottingham
last weekend! This special package would make an amazing addition to
anyone's collection - or what a superb gift for a PINK fan!

When You Wish
Upon A Star
Next weekend will feature some special auctions in aid of the charity 'When
You Wish Upon a Star' - dream making for sick children.
Please help CHERISH to give something back to When You Wish Upon a Star. It
is a wonderful charity and you can read more about it on its excellent
website:

You may remember that we helped the charity last year. In December the
charity sends 300 children to Lapland for a special day with Father
Christmas. The charity works hard all year round to raise funds to enable
them to grant children who suffer from life threatening illnesses their
wish. It is humbling to see the charity rise to the challenge of granting so
many and varied wishes throughout the year. As the founder says:
"A dream is a Wish the heart makes. As long as our brave children dream a
Wish, we can and will, make their dream come true."
The founder of the charity, Barbara White, was awarded the OBE earlier this
year for her tireless efforts to make a difference to these brave and
courageous children. Barbara has signed Fun and Laughter Beanies and these
will be offered along with items related to the charity, for auction. There
will also be some special STAR packages such as Star Beanie signed by Sean
Bean, and more.
