 ...   Hallmark Gold Crown Exclusive Beanie Babies
Although not yet officially announced by Ty, a couple of weeks ago there was mention of two new Hallmark Exclusive holiday Beanie Babies --- Spearmint and Peppermint.  Our friend Sakurako of Japan (Bottega Beanies) shares photos (including the hang tags), and style numbers of these two bears (which incidentally are the same).  I do admit, they ARE adorable Beanies ... and quite festive looking :)

Can you believe October is almost here?  The Fall Season has begun .... time for cooler weather, leaf changes, and approaching holidays.  And what is around the corner with Ty?  We've heard there will be no Halloweenie Beanies ... maybe a special 'treat' in Ty Store?  retirements? new October releases soon?  We shall see.

 ...   Beanie Boos - Update
One of our readers, Lee from the UK, shares the following:

Hi all at doodlespage,
The new series of Beanie Boos have now arrived in store and there are some differences between the first 1000 that were released to selected stores here in the UK.  The main differences are that they are very slightly smaller than the first release and the fur is not as long.  Peanut the elephant is not part of the second release and its barcode has been taken by Bubblegum the Bush Baby, which means that Bubblegum the Koala from the first release has now been renamed Kooky.  There have also been some colour changes with feet, ears, eyes and tails changing colours.

On a separate note, TY UK will not be getting any of the new Halloween beanies this year.

What a way to end a Season!  The last NY Yankees game on September 30th ends with a Ty Beanie Buddy giveaway!

If you are a New York Yankees fan, you will probably recall that last November 2008, the NY Yankees released their new 2009 Yankee Stadium Inaugural Season Patch (see below).  Perhaps there's a yet-to-be announced Beanie Buddy sporting this new patch/emblem on it's chest?  Although there does not appear to be a Buddy promo giveaway listed on the NY Yankees website .... maybe? - maybe not?    We shall see.

The Hallmark Exclusive Beanie Baby 'Punkin Face' was introduced by Ty on August 1st.  Our thanks to Dan of CA who has located this bear and shares the photo below.  You may want to check your local Hallmark Gold Crown store, as several readers have reported this bear to be a bit elusive.  Maybe it's just "in hiding" waiting closer to October 31st!  :)

Although I have my collection up for sale, I am still actively involved in Beanie Land, providing information and answering questions. Beanie people are the best, and I’ve had some good laughs lately.

Before I shipped out Dora Dress Up & Go! beanie baby with her little suitcase, I scanned some of the magazines and outfits that came with the subscription in the UK.  I thought those who haven’t seen it before may enjoy seeing it, and if anyone has any that I am missing, it’d be great if they could add to them to have complete records over on Stashmatic.

 ...   Hallmark Exclusive Beanie Babies - Christmas Bears
Perhaps with announcements for October in a couple of weeks, we'll see a release by Ty with some Christmas / holiday products.   On August 6th, we showed you a peek of three ... Ms. and Mr. Snow, Chestnut, and Icebox.   A note on the Ty Cyberboard mentions two Hallmark Exclusive Beanies - Peppermint and Spearmint.  If you want to take a peek at them, you can visit Ms. Janie's website - a collector has already found them in a Hallmark store.  They're definitely a couple of cute bears!
