Here's a selection of pictures of Nimbus, the Harrods Exclusive, released last Saturday, 25th October.
As you know, I didn't attend the event this year, and so don't have too many details of the launch event itself. 

I am told that there were a lot less people in the queue this time - personally,
I still think it should have taken place on the day of the Christmas Parade, as in the past.
This would probably have attracted more collectors to make the journey to London, including myself!

However, I won't get into the "whys and wherefores" of all that, but will say that this is a bear better for seeing "in the fur",
and I am glad to add it to my collection. 

The regular version ( which is still available at the store, and online from Harrods ) carries the familiar green Harrods ribbon,
and the limited edition, (which is boxed and comes with a numbered certificate), has a light blue ribbon.

The bears have the same style number and tag poem.

Once again I am indebted to Lee Pearce, Inspirations Gift Shop, Aldershot, for very kindly supplying me with the limited edition bear -
a friendly and super-efficient retailer, who clearly has a commitment to excellent customer service.
