I am sending some pictures of new Japan exclusive commemorative promotional beanie "Hannah" by Ty Store in Japan.
"Ty Store SHINJYUKU MITSUKOSHI Limited Edition Hannah"commemorative Beanie Babies were released on 30th October at Ty Store in Shinjyuku Mitsukoshi.

"Hannah", Limited Edition commemorative Beanies were released (only 200 Beanies); the price was 2,100 yen including tax. Many beanie collectors came and purchased them. They were sold out soon. This cute Hannah is the commemorative limited edition for the Renewal Open of Shinjyuku Mitsukoshi store and Ty Store Japan opened there, too....so this limited edition Hannah is Shinjyuku Mitsukoshi in collaboration with Ty Store (Ty Japan). Japan exclusive ("Snow Angel" has been released by MITSUKOSHI department store....Nihonbashi, Ginza, Shinjyuku, and so on, you know.)
